'Rohoeksken' is a cosy and comfortable family home in the lovely little village of Poujol sur Orb. Here, on the villa's terrace, you can enjoy the sunny weather and the wonderful countryside. The house is wonderful for cyclists, since it's only 100 m from the greenway ('Voie Verte'), a famous and relatively flat cycle track in this region. You can walk the children to a nice, fenced playground.
You can relax in the sun on the terrace on the front side of the house (the kitchen and living room open onto this terrace). On the back side of the house there is ample parking space and room to play. Picnic table in the shade of the cherry tree. The terrain is fenced on all sides.
In the separate kitchen you will find all the cooking appliances you need, including a Senseo coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster, râclette set, etc. The living room has a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, flat screen TV and stereo set with DVD player and IPOD/USB socket. Dinner table and buffet.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space. 2 bathrooms; one with bath, shower cubicle and washbasin, the other with large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Separate toilet with washbasin in the hallway. Airconditioning in the upstairs bedroom!
The adjacent garage is used as storage space for the garden furniture during the off-season, but in summer it offers parking space for your car and bicycles.
The village is within walking distance, and the villa offers ready access to easy, challenging and sportive hikes and bicycle rides. It is a great base for discovering the Languedoc.
