On the outskirts of Assignan you'll find this picturesque village at about ten minutes from St Chinian. The villa is for 4 people and has a studio (50m²) for 2people.
You have got a splendid view on the vineyards and the hills. The villa is situated on a dead end street, so there is hardly any traffic.
There are Roman inbuilt stairs and there is also a suncover.
On the terraces surrounding the swimming pool are sun beds and a parasol.
You enter the villa into a small hallway with access tot the living area. In the living is a sofa situated around a coffee table. There are also a buffet, a flat screen TV (French and Dutch channels) on the wall, a DVD and a CD player. A dining table and chairs. Beautiful antique cupboards. On the right side of the entrance is the half open kitchen with a small breakfast table and 2 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a hob, a gas cooker with 4 burners, an electric oven, a fridge and a dish washer. Fully equipped for 6 persons.
There is a bathroom with toilet, shower cabin and a washbasin.
Two nice sized bed rooms with in each of them twin beds and wardrobe.
A utility room with the washing machine and storage space for all the cleaning utensils.
Just opposite the villa, at the other side of the swimming pool, is the 2-p studio with a spacious bedroom/sitting area. There is a twin bed, a desk and armchairs. It is nicely furnished.There is also a big shower cabin, a toilet and wardrobe space. A covered terrace with garden furniture. In July and August the studio is automatically added to the rent. You cannot rent the studio separately!
There is electric heating everywhere.
You can park a few cars within the fence.
Supplement for pool heating 60 euros/week. For the sauna 125.00 euros/week
Small winegrower’s village. Lots of walking possibilities among the vineyards, enjoy nature here! For your groceries Saint Chinian is only 10 minutes drive away and there’s a nice local market on Thursdays and Sundays where you can buy all kinds of regional products and wines. Only a few minutes away you’ll find St Jean, famous for its lovely sweet Muscat-wines. Lots of things to do in the nearby region: towns and sights (Carcassonne, Minerve, Narbonne, …), water/adventure park, wildpark, zoo, etc...Discover the Languedoc
