Just outside Creissan's town centre, in the heart of the Languedoc is this comfortable, fenced villa with separate studio. It's a nice place to stay, especially in the sheltered, Mediterranean garden, under the palm trees. Quality garden furniture, large dining table, parasol and sun loungers. In the back yard there is a petanque court and ample space for the children to play.
Main villa: Entrance through conservatory, converted into sitting area with coffee table and arm chairs. A flight of stairs lead to the dining room with dinner table and chairs. Spacious lounge with sofas around the fireplace and TV corner. Cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. A fully equipped kitchen and and ample cupboard space. Door opening to storage room with washing machine.
Through the lounge to the master bedroom with French doors opening up to the terrace (and swimming pool), wardrobes and an extra TV. Smaller bedroom with wardrobe space. Bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet. One room is closed for storage by the owner. The main villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.
Studio: On the other side of the swimming pool, separated from the villa. Summer kitchen, gas burner with two rings, small fridge and some kitchen utensils (suitable for having breakfast). Barbecue and plancha. This studio is always open, even if you only wish to rent the main villa.
Separate entrance to the flat's sleeping area with a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. The first floor can sleep 3, but the bigger bed is a very small bed, only 1.20 m wide. Here you will also find a small TV, bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet.
Off season you can rent the villa with or without the studio. If you choose not to take the studio, rest assured, it will not be rented to others during your stay. Room for two cars within the gates.
Creissan is a lovely French village with about 1100 inhabitants, 15 km west of Beziers and 25 km from the beach. Narbonne is within half an hour’s drive. In the centre you’ll find a baker’s, a post office, a pub, a small grocer’s and the local winery of course. There’s a small local market on Tuesday morning. On Friday mornings there’s a market in Puisserguier, at about 1 km from Creissan.
