Le Bobou is a detached villa, with an individual swimming pool, situated on the southern slopes of the Roquebrun hills. Marvelous view on the valley and the river L Orb . The village is within walking distance. The villa is in a blind alley, completely enclosed and has a gate that shoves up automatically. You have got a lot of privacy!
The swimming pool has got underwater lighting and inbuilt stairs. There is also an outside shower, lovely for a cooling down after the hot sun.
Lots of terrace space around the pool, always a spot in the sun or shade, whatever you prefer. There is garden furniture: tables, chairs, sun beds and parasols.
Access to the house through the hall, with bedroom, bathroom and a toilet. Through the hall also access to the spacious kitchen with a dining set and all necessary equipment like a dish washer, a micro wave, an oven, a gas cooker and a Senseo coffee machine. A lot of storage in the utility room/garage, with also an extra fridge/freezer, and a washing machine.
There is a lovely furnished living room with two sofas and a fire place. The high ceiling gives the room a very open impression. Lots of light in here. There is a TV with Dutch and French channels, a DVD player and a music set. Through the living room access to the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
You find the second bedroom, with washbasin and air-conditioning upstairs. This bedroom has also a balcony with a beautiful view.
Both bedrooms have 2 single beds. In the bathroom are a shower and a washbasin. The toilet is separate.
The picturesque village of Roquebrun, also called ‘Petit Nice’, located next to the River Orb, offers many possibilities for an active holiday. It’s an ancient Midi village, situated against the hill with a micro climate and it has about 600 inhabitants. The ruins of the medieval tower dominate the paved streets of this lovely village. The ‘Jardin Mediterranéen’ is worth a visit! This garden has a collection of more than 400 Mediterranean and exotic plants; Cacti of Barbarie (with edible fruits) and other exotic trees. The mimosa blossoms in February which will turn the whole village into a yellow picture for weeks.
