Just outside Plaissan, at the end of a private road lie the vineyards and this beautiful villa of the 'Domaine des Terreires'. The garden is the work of a garden designer, and it shows! Wonderful lines, curves, fountains and this big villa in the middle. It has a private heated swimming pool and separate luxury Jacuzzi. It is a salt water swimming pool with multicolour underwater lighting and walk-in stairs.
Open the door and step into the spacious living room with sliding French doors opening onto the terrace. Large television, DVD player and stereo set. A small bar separates the living room from the kitchen; a nice spot to enjoy the aperitif. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen which is fully equipped to do fancy cooking. Pantry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The hallway gives access to the 4 spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space. There is a big bathroom with corner bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet. There is another, smaller bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet.
Around the villa there are broad, partly covered terraces with tables and chairs and a big brick barbecue. Comfortable lounge set to relax after a day of swimming and sunbathing. In the garden there are playsets for the children. The swimming pool can be heated for the off season (please notify us when booking). Of course the Jacuzzi is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday in France, after sunset under a starry sky!
The owners live on the same terrain, in a house behind the villa. It goes without saying that this will cause no inconvenience whatsoever. Regularly they organize free wine tastings in the village nearby. They are very generous and offer ready help whenever necessary.
The villa offers ready access to many excursions throughout the Languedoc.
