Lovely and comfortable villa in the wine-growing village Prades sur Vernazobre. The living space is on the first floor, accessible via the stairs outside, with the garden and private swimming pool just below. A sheltered spot, out of sight, to take a dive in the pool. Both the villa and the terrain around the swimming pool are fenced. It's a wonderful place for your pets who are welcome here.
The flight of stairs outside lead to the first floor with covered terrace (dining table and chairs) and the entrance via the fully fitted, open-plan kitchen complete with American fridge. Spacious lounge with dining room, table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas around the coffee table and large flat screen TV. Bookcase with French books.
The hall leads to 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom having an en suite shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet. Ample wardrobe space in all three bedrooms. A second bedroom with a bathroom (bath and washbasin). Separate toilet. Small scullery with washing machine and storage room.
Around the swimming pool you'll find four deck chairs with cushions and a large parasol. There is also an electric barbecue. The garage is closed for private use by the owner. However, you can park your car within the gates and in the shadow.
Please note: the villa being in the town centre, the annual village festival (free entry) might cause some inconvenience. The festival takes place on the third weekend of July and the last weekend of August. For some it's an advantage, for others... You decide.
You can start your walk with or without the dog from the villa. From here you can plunge into the Mediterranean Languedoc nature. Once back, relax at the swimming pool while savouring a glass of wine from the local wine-producer.
