On the hills of Pierrerue stands this recently refurbished villa. The views from the villa and its terraces are breath taking, especially in the evening with the flickering lights of Saint-Chinian in the distance. The villa sleeps 4, but there is also a studio flat next to the swimming pool with room for 2 where you can receive guests (no extra charge).
The exterior stairs lead to a door opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. Small dinner table and chairs. Pantry with storage space and cleaning products. In the living / dining room with sliding French doors are a sofa facing the TV and wood-burning stove, and a large table with chairs. The air conditioning is here as well. On the terrace there is a table and chairs. All terraces are covered so there are no parasols available.
Through the hall towards the 2 bedrooms. The big bedroom has an en suite shower room with double washbasin and toilet. Ample wardrobe space. The other bathroom also has a shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet.
The garden door opens onto the back terrace with a small outdoor kitchen with tap and barbecue. Lovely Mediterranean garden with stone steps leading to the studio flat and the swimming pool. The studio flat has a small bedroom with bunkbeds, a living room with sofa bed and dinner table. Small kitchen unit with everything you need to have breakfast. Shower and toilet. The studio apartment is less suited for little children (if unsupervised).
Parking space in front of the villa, in the garage (space for one small car) or higher up next to the studio flat. More information and pictures available on the owner's website - http://www.le-jardin-des-senteurs.be

Lots of walking – and biking possibilties and within short distance you’ll find a small zoo, a canoe centre and teh beach within about half an hour’s drive. You could buy your wine in the village from the local producers. In Saint Chinian (4km), there's a local market every Thursday and Sunday morning and you'll find all necessary shops here (baker's, a butcher's shop, supermarkets, cashpoint, post office, wineries).
