On the edge of the small winegrowing village of Cesseras lies this generous villa 'Frizel' on a large wooded terrain. You can hear the song of the crickets and experience life in the beautiful Midi. From the terrace you have a grand view over the Minervois and Corbières vineyards. In clear weather you can even see the snowy summits of the Pyrenees.
Through the entrance hall (with toilet) to the large L-shaped living room with French doors opening onto the partly covered terraces facing south and east. The living room is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Here you'll also find the dining recess. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils.
Two of the four bedrooms have an en suite washbasin. The master bedroom is equipped with a mobile air conditioning unit. Insect screens are fitted in the bedroom windows, and there is ample wardrobe space. Bathroom with double washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet. A second bathroom with shower and washbasin. The Roman end swimming pool has underwater lighting. Ample seats and garden furniture, e.g. 8 luxury sun loungers and 2 parasols. Behind the house there is a very large secluded terrace with a wonderful view of the wooded garden and the vineyards.
Approximately 350 meters from the villa is the local tennis court where you can play a game of tennis for free (the keys are available in the villa). It is a wonderful place to start your excursions in the Minervois countryside.

A small village with 400 inhabitants. In Casseras you can find different campsites and a bar too. 5 kilometers further you can visit the capital of the Minervois: Olonzac, where every tuesday morning you can go to the local market.
