In love with Languedoc, Sari and Hans MOERLAND and their children settled in the area in 1977, and did all they could to share their love for this beautiful area with friends and family.

In 1989 they set up Moerland Seasonal Rentals - a family business specialising in renting out the very best quality holiday homes in Languedoc. In just over 15 years, Moerland Seasonal Rentals have built up a portfolio of over 200 holiday homes, nearly all of them with a swimming pool.

Moerland Seasonal Rentals have always gone to great lengths to select only the best quality holiday homes available in the area, all of which are now available both on this website and through their extensive catalogue. We know all the owners personally and, at least once per year, we meet with them to look at possible improvements that could be carried out for the next rental season.

Whether a holiday home is at the luxury end of the market, or offers a more simple level of comfort, we advise owners on what weekly rates are most appropriate - ensuring they receive the maximum number of bookings possible.

In terms of maintenance and 'emergency' work, Moerland Rentals are able to offer owners a broad range of services: Pool and Garden maintenance, House cleaning, Emergency plumbing, Electricity and other physical services. We have also good connections with number of other local professionals chosen for their ability to provide quality work, quickly and reliably.
